Relations

This is just a continuation to earlier post Name. Again these are opinions not conclusions. This entry will see lots of edits..

Human life is extremely domesticated and everyone just are in constant state of ignorance, just following the routine. That does not mean there are none questioning this, at least I can count myself and I am certain there are others too.

In earlier post I stated that Names are nothing but just useful abstractions to the details. Naming just did not stop at objects but it encompassed many such things as concepts, places, etc.Humans used this ability of naming things quite nicely.

There is one fact about humans that, they are animal first then human so everyone has one or the other instincts, something which may not be good for society as a whole. Why am I suddenly referring to animal side of humans? 

One particular aspect of animal instincts which may have played important role when one tries to fathom about invention of the term relation. The aspect I am referring to is  natural selection. All animals including humans are wired for natural selection. This hard wired logic governs the dynamics of pair bonding. On the path of domestication, humans must have lost the edge though. Then there came the need to force the process of natural selection. Thus concept of relations was unleashed. Simply put relation is nothing but an abstraction for set of rules which govern the pair bonding in humans. Set of rules differ based on various social factors and are geared towards collective goal of having healthy society.

Is it something everyone can understand? Probably no. How to mandate these rules then? Simple, build scare tactics around it. Conceptualize various ideologies to control people. Introduce concepts like sin..
